Stacy is on her way to a Halloween party when she gets stuck inside the elevator of her office building with sexy Andrew. The two attorneys give in to their pent up desires during their hours sequestered in the small confines. Hours that turn out to be full of major discovery on both parts.
An Excerpt from What Comes Up by Essence
Stacy looked around, and found the halls empty. She knew there was a security guard that made rounds, but there was no one in sight. The ding sound announcing the elevator’s arrival brought her attention back to what she’d been doing. When the elevator door slid open, it revealed a familiar face. Andrew, when he spotted her standing near the elevator his face lit up. Her eyes traveled over that gorgeous masculine face. His Mediterranean heritage clearly pasted over his features. His lightly tanned skin tone against those dreamy dark eyes and his thick dark head of hair with its slight curl drew anyone’s attention.
A smile touched his lips when he saw her. “Burning the midnight oil, huh?” Stacy smiled back before she entered the elevator, “Yes, I have a huge case going on. How are you?”
“Oh, doing well.”
“I didn’t realize it had gotten so late. I’m on my way to a Halloween party at The Dungeon.” Stacy stepped inside, standing across from him and waited for the doors to slide shut.
“You gonna wear a costume?” She debated whether to show Andrew what she was wearing.
But a naughty feeling crept over her. Yeah, what the hell, let him eat his heart out. “Have it on right now.” Stacy’s insides churned with excitement as she untied the waist sash and opened up the blue raincoat and waited for his reaction. She knew she looked hot and his reaction didn’t let her down.
Andrew’s eyes widened and his mouth hung wide open. “Wow, you look awesome!”
Stacy couldn’t hold back the smile that escaped onto her lips and face. She truly enjoyed this feeling of mischief. Who would’ve thought that she’d have the attention she’d craved this soon after just desiring such a reaction just a few short minutes before when she’d been dressing.
